Truth in the Lies

What it is

Truth in the Lies shows a subject and a pile of statements. Most are false, and a few are secretly true. Guests tap the ones they believe.

Add it to your show

It is one step in your Rundown, like any other game. Add it where you want it to play.

1. Open the Rundown tab and press Add.
2. Choose Truth in the Lies from the menu. It joins the end of the list and opens on the right.

Set it up

The settings hold your subjects. Write a subject after a hash mark, then one statement per line, with a star in front of each true one.

You can also choose a player to be the presenter, who reads the statements and tries to fool the room.

The Sounds tab picks the sound effect for each moment of the game.

The statements

The subject and its statements go up on the TV and on every phone. The phone says how many of them are true.

Tap the true ones

Tap the statements you believe are true. Tap one again to undo it. A guest can pick no more statements than there are truths, so tapping everything is not a strategy.

The truths

When you reveal, the TV lights up the true statements and shows how many guests picked each one. Every truth a guest found scores points, and their phone shows what they found.

Your controls on the Live tab

On the Live tab, Open the subject shows the next subject, Lock picks stops the picking, Reveal the truths scores the round, Choose the presenter names a player to read the statements, and Skip drops a subject.

Tip The same keys are on the Host Remote, so you can run Truth in the Lies from a phone or tablet.

How it ends

The TV keeps the truths and the number of picks on screen.
