What it is
In Prize Path, teams or players answer trivia to move along a winding board. Every space does something, and the first to the finish wins.
Add it to your show
It is one step in your Rundown, like any other game. Add it where you want it to play.
- Open the Rundown tab and press Add.
- Choose Prize Path from the menu. It joins the end of the list and opens on the right.
Set it up
The settings hold your questions, with the answers after bars and a star on the right one.
The Path tab lists the spaces, one per line: points, a multiplier, a bonus, a reward card, a safe space, a penalty, a mystery, a shortcut, or a fork. Leave it empty to use the standard path. Choose the points for finishing and the question timer.
The Sounds tab picks the sound effect for each moment of the game.
The path
The TV shows a winding path of spaces, and a token for every racer. Racers are your teams, or every guest on their own if you have no teams. Each space is labeled with what it does.
Answer to move
When a question goes up, every guest answers on their phone. A racer moves when most of its guests who answered were right.
What the spaces do
The token glides to its new space, and the space does its job. Points are added, a reward card is won, a penalty slides the token back, and a mystery space brings a surprise. At a fork, the racer chooses a safe route or a risky one.
Your controls on the Live tab
On the Live tab, Ask opens the next question, Reveal shows the answer and moves the racers, Choose a route settles a fork for a racer who is slow to choose, and Skip drops a question so nobody moves.
Tip The same keys are on the Host Remote, so you can run Prize Path from a phone or tablet.
How it ends
The TV shows where every racer stands on the path, with the first to the finish taking the end reward.
